For Customers with Food Allergies

We would like to thank you for your continued patronage.
Our hotel has adopted the following policy regarding the use of our restaurant and other facilities by
customers with food allergies. We ask that you give your signature upon reading the content and filling
out the Food Allergy Questionnaire.
1. Basic thinking for our policy on food allergies
① The hotel kitchen handles allergenic ingredients such as the eight specified raw materials of [wheat,
egg, milk, buckwheat, shrimp, crab, walnut, peanuts], etc. Since we use the same cooking utensils
and tableware, there is a possibility that small traces of allergenic substances may be mixed in.
② Basically, we only take measures with respect to the eight specified raw materials and 20 items
equivalent to specified raw materials (almonds, abalone, squid, salmon roe, oranges, cashew nuts,
kiwi fruit, beef, sesame, salmon, mackerel, soybeans, chicken, bananas, pork, matsutake mushrooms,
peaches, yams, apples, gelatin).
③ We confirm the allergen information on the ingredients used based on information provided by
manufacturers and suppliers. Please understand that we can only take measures based on the
information we have.
2. Guests who wish to have their food allergies accommodated must fill out, sign, and present the Food
Allergy Questionnaire by the following date and time.
* Without your signature, we will not be able to respond to your request.
● For restaurant use: 3 days in advance
● For banquet use: 1 week in advance
● For weddings: 1 month in advance
3. If you have a serious food allergy, to prioritize your safety, we advise you to bring your own meals to
the restaurant. If you wish to bring your own food for use in the restaurant, please contact us in
advance.
4. Please note that requests made on the day of eating may be refused, or may require more time to be
served, or may incur an additional charge due to factors concerning the ingredients.
